Sübly

Sübly is a SaaS platform that lets small physical-goods makers like coffee roasters, bakeries, specialty food producers sell and manage recurring deliveries to their subscribers, without building their own e-commerce stack.

The problem it solves
Small shops that want to offer subscriptions ("a bag of coffee every two weeks") are stuck between clunky generic e-commerce plugins and expensive custom builds. They need recurring billing, subscriber management, delivery scheduling, and shipping logistics in one place and localized for their market. Sübly packages all of that into a single product.

Two faces, one platform

• Admin dashboard for shop owners: create subscription offers, manage subscribers and deliveries, track shipments, read reviews, and view analytics.
• Customer portal & public storefront for their subscribers: browse a shop's offers at a public storefront link, subscribe, and manage their own deliveries.
  It's fully bilingual (Estonian by default, English secondary), built for the Estonian/Baltic market.

What makes it interesting
Two completely independent billing systems running side by side:

• Sübly plans: shop owners pay Sübly (TRIAL / GROWTH / UNLIMITED tiers) via Creem.
• Customer subscriptions: end customers pay the shops via Stripe Connect (Express accounts, destination charges), so Sübly acts as a marketplace and never touches the merchant's money directly.

Integrated shipping through Montonio: pickup points, courier selection, label/shipment creation, and live tracking webhooks.
