ALPA Kids

ALPA Kids is an Estonian edtech company building culture-based e-learning games and other content for children aged 3–8. Our mission is to reduce educational inequality by making high-quality early education accessible in children’s own languages and cultural contexts.

The ALPA Kids platform combines playful learning with strong educational design. Children develop early literacy, numeracy, logic, creativity, and knowledge of the world through more than 100 interactive mini-games and educative content co-created with teachers, researchers, and local experts. The app is designed as a calm, safe, ad-free alternative to overstimulating children’s content and is used by families, preschools, and schools.

Technology is at the core of ALPA’s scalability. The product is built in Unity, supported by a cloud-based architecture, analytics tools, and a growing AI layer. ALPA uses learning analytics to help parents and teachers understand children’s progress and is developing AI-powered personalisation to recommend suitable learning paths. The company is also working with ASR technologies to commit to the future of quality language learning, assessment, and inclusive educational tools.

We have more than 2.5 million downloads, users in 170 countries, and active expansion across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
