Kuulu is a Baltic classifieds marketplace (the okidoki.ee / ss.com / skelbiu.lt category) with one core promise: every buyer and seller is verified by their real identity through Smart-ID or Mobile-ID, the bank-grade electronic identity apps used across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. No competitor and no social channel offers that. The second differentiator is reach: the whole interface ships in five languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, English, Russian), and the design goal is that a Latvian buyer can read an Estonian listing and message the seller across the language gap. AI is used not only for automatic and free listing and buyer/seller messaging translations but also for a state-of-the-art vision pipeline that turns a simple picture into a full listing in a few seconds.
