Ncored is a fast desktop PDF editor for large CAD and construction drawings on Windows and Mac, built in Vilnius. It stays smooth on scroll, zoom and pan across AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD exports of 50-200 MB and beyond, where general PDF tools start to lag. It runs locally on your own machine, and markup saves back as a standard PDF.
It also measures to scale (length, polyline and area, snapping to the drawing's own lines) and compares revisions: drag an older revision onto the drawing to see what was added in blue, removed in red and unchanged in grey. The interface is in English and German.
