Vuzza is a governed payments platform that lets EU mid-market companies cut cross-border payment costs while making every payment provably authorized before it moves.
Vuzza is a governed payments platform built for finance teams processing cross-border, cross-currency payments. Today, most mid-market companies manage international payments through a fragmented, manual workflow: approvals over email, execution through banking portals, reconciliation in spreadsheets. When something goes wrong, nobody can say who authorized what, how or why - the audit trail has to be reconstructed manually from bank statements. At the same time, these companies are paying 1.5-3% per cross-border wire, fees that regulated, lower-cost infrastructure could eliminate today.
Vuzza replaces that fragmented toolstack with a single governed platform. Every payment is approved, screened and cryptographically logged before it moves - creating a permanent, tamper-proof audit trail generated automatically as a byproduct of authorization, not reconstructed after the fact. Suppliers get paid in their own currency; the underlying rail is invisible to both the company and its counterparties. Before any commitment, Vuzza analyzes a company's historical payment data and shows the CFO exactly what they've been overpaying, corridor by corridor - no contract required.
Vuzza is non-custodial by design. We never hold client funds or private keys. Fiat remains in regulated accounts held by licensed settlement partners in each jurisdiction we operate in, meaning the compliance and licensing burden for money movement sits with regulated financial institutions, not with Vuzza itself. This makes the architecture jurisdiction-agnostic and scalable across markets.
